Love lives on (eps. 64)

The young physician Britta lost her husband Matti years ago during a boat accident. In remembrance of him she visits the little island in the south of Sweden every September since then.
While she throws the bottle message for her beloved deceased into the ocean, she is watched by ornithologist Jonas. A storm is approaching and Britta needs to stay overnight at Lilja, the owner of the island. There she gets to know Jonas as well.

Britta's enforced stay on the island brings back memories from the past: shattered dreams and grief for her deceased loved one. Jonas instead falls in love with Britta, but she cannot get herself free from the past.
