A self-employed gardener in Cornwall, Laura Seal has been very active in her small community since she was a teenager, and she has deep roots there. As the youngest member of the town council, Laura has just launched a community garden where townspeople can grow fruit and vegetables together, when her father Francis, the town’s mayor, suddenly has a heart attack.
