Mowgli, Baloo and Bagheera hear a might roar in the jungle. Baloo says there is only one creature that could make that noise – the Giant Claw! Mowgli and Bagheera go in search of this creature, only to discover that it was Cheel the kite, who has been cooling off in a log. His cries echoing through the log have made this almighty sound. On their way back to tell Baloo of their discovery, Mowgli and Bagheera see Shere Khan on his way to where Cheel is. They race back, and by digging out an imprint of a huge claw in the ground and faking the terrible roar, our heroes save Cheel from becoming Shere Khan’s dinner. When they are all back together again, Baloo smiles and tells them that it’s amazing what imagination can do!
