For Carl Sievers, Ina Behrendsen, and Hinnerk Feldmann, the accident does not look like a hit-and-run, it looks intentional. Shortly afterwards, the vehicle is found near the scene of the accident. It belongs to Dr. Johann Sowa, head of gynecology at Sylt Hospital.
