Inspector Sievers is in full vacation mode, or perhaps not yet. He tries to overcome his fear of flying through hypnotherapy with Josefa Petersen The session ends catastrophically when Petersen is pushed down a staircase to her death, with Sievers following behind in an attempt to save her. Afterwards, he has no memory of the incident. Then the detectives make a startling discovery: The victim’s basement is home to a marijuana-growing operation.
