Based on true events - While sailing around the world on their catamaran, Heike and Stefan stop at the South Pacific island of Nuku Hiva – a paradise until Stefan doesn't return from an excursion with a local, Arihano. Pretending to look for Stefan, the young man takes Heike into the jungle to kill her... Heike escapes, Stefan's body is found, and Arihano vanishes... Heike faces the suspicions of the authorities, while coming to terms with her loss. Finally, the day comes when she returns to face her husband's killer...
