Freya Hüller, a wife and mother, suddenly finds herself in a time loop – on the very day she is planning to leave her husband. Freya is not the only one to notice the time anomaly, however. Both Moritz Becker, a police officer, and Sophie Notling, a nurse who is pregnant, are experiencing the same phenomenon as Freya. But why does it only seem to be affecting the three of them?
