As part of her job as an undercover investigator, Kira infiltrated an occupied building known by the name of Franken 17. Soon afterwards, she is reported missing.
When investigators follow up on her disappearance by going to Franken 17, they are attacked and chased away by the residents. Lucy comes up with a daring plan. She poses as a sympathizer of the radical left-wing group, managing to gain the trust of residents Doro, Niklas and Giovanni.
