Under the command of Captain Parger and his crew, the Traumschiff sets sail for Vancouver. Maike Kappes, a friend of Dr. Jessica Delgado, is a passenger on the voyage to Canada. Mathematical calculations govern Maike’s life, and she also uses them to map out her path to true love. She appears to have found the ideal man to spend her life with in Navigating Officer Jan Riether, of all people. However, she still needs her 15th kiss from another man before she can achieve her goal of happiness.
