Pipo, Tommy and Pop are cat-sitting Tommy’s kittens. Pepa has an idea for a new business opportunity: a cat-themed park and asks Dad help to launch the business, but they can’t help because they have taxes to pay this month… To help them understand the role of taxes better, Dad will take an amount off their agreed allowance.
