Concerned about the workplace atmosphere, Hospital Director Klinger sends Nice and Schmidtke into the woods with their partners for a team-building exercise. Nice convinces Charlie to go without revealing the true purpose. There, they meet up with Schmidtke, his wife Jana, and naturalist Deniz, who is Dr. Birol’s brother. The siblings are estranged, so Deniz is unaware that his sister works as a chief physician under Schmidtke.
