A fire breaks out at the fire department’s annual fair of all places, resulting in severe injuries for Captain Lüders. Fortunately, Dr. Neiss is there and leaps into action to provide first aid, only to clash with Dr. Schmidtke at the hospital. Burns and transplants are, after all, Nice’s specialty. When Lüders discovers his wife’s infidelity on top of everything else, the situation escalates in more ways than one.
