Theme: Friends love you for who you are, not how you look.
Flora starts moulting and is so embarrassed by her grey stubble that she goes into hiding. Unable to persuade her to come to the zoo, Ziggy transforms the tram into a fanboat to get them across the lake. The resulting wind prompts him to make a feather boa so Flora can cover up. Flora loves it. And so does Amy. When Amy borrows the boa, Flora is disgusted by her stubble again. Scottie isn’t. He hugs her anyway, and Flora learns that her friends don’t love her for how she looks, but who she is.
