Dennis and Rosa are drawn back into Benidorm’s chaotic crime world when a night at the Laughter Lounge goes wrong. Veteran comic Frank Mann is hosting, and the return of his old friend, faded 90s game-show star Vince Starky, stirs tension on and offstage. With club owner Ziggy desperate for Vince’s comeback to succeed, pressure builds, tempers flare and Frank’s son Chris is pulled into the mix. By morning, a disturbing rooftop discovery throws the comedy club into crisis. As Dennis and Rosa dig through clashing egos, backstage secrets and a maze of personal loyalties, they find that in Benidorm’s nightlife scene, nothing is ever as funny as it looks from the stage.
