“KRIMI.DE/Go investigate!” is an innovative crime series tailored for children and youths, which aims to depict the social reality that is widely confronted by its target audience today. The concepts and structures of prime-time crime series were adapted for children, but without any loss of authenticity, excitement or production quality.
Drawn from real-life cases and penned by experienced police-show writers, the stories unfold on eye level with youngsters and portray their situations with profound understanding. In each episode the young protagonists are in contact with the police officers, thus affording viewers valuable insights into the mechanics of investigation and prosecution. In “KRIMI.DE/Go investigate!” the focus not only lies on resolving a crime, but also on exploring the reasons and backgrounds of a misdeed, and on providing counseling and guidelines.
