Maari the squid has two very best friends: Tuts, a turtle, and Fin, a crab. Wherever there are problems in the Blue Bay Reef, the three of them are there, together with the little plankton Spotti. They pass every adventure because together they are unstoppable. Tentacle, flipper and pincer too – the best team in the ocean blue.
Season 2 also tells about the exciting, funny and educational adventures of Maari and her friends in the Blue Bay Reef. The new season focusses on the togetherness of the reef's inhabitants. Being there for each other, arguing and getting along, finding compromises - it's about all the topics that pre-school children know from their everyday lives.
Humour will also play a bigger role, as will music. In the second season, for example, there will be an episode that is almost exclusively about singing.
