Sea rescuer Katharina Venner finds a young woman, Annika Bohn, murdered and put out to sea. Katharina is shocked when her husband Nils is arrested as the main suspect.
On the night of Annika’s murder, Nils was on the beach with Annika, and was so drunk that he can no longer remember anything. But murder? Unthinkable! Katharina knows the victim, as she was staying at her parents’ hotel. As the police only seem to be investigating Nils, she starts doing some detective work herself.
