A man drives past a woman on a bicycle, and their eyes meet in the rear-view mirror. The man’s car hurtles into the woods without braking and crashes into a tree, killing him instantly. Instead of helping, the woman, Laura, simply gets back on her bike and continues on her way. As Stiller heads to the scene, a woman appears at his door responding to an ad she claims to have seen on the town’s notice board.
