In her role as Maximilian’s mom, Jessica increasingly makes herself at home as a new member of the castle family. As her own family has no interest in her, it is even more important for her to care for her “new” family – the von Lahnsteins! Since the deaths of beloved Ludwig and of Hagen, grief is omnipresent at Konigsbrunn; Jessica decides to publish a photo story with her and the latest Lahnstein offspring in the aristocracy magazine “Grandezza” to cheer up the von Lahnsteins. But as Ansgar gets scent of how Jessica apparently uses the grief of the von Lahnsteins to present herself in the press, he decides that this is the end of the road. To Jessica’s horror, she also has no support from the rest of the von Lahnstein family. She is kicked out of the castle...
