The body of a young woman is discovered on the shores of Lake Constance. Lena Nowak worked for a biotechnology company in Lindau, her first job after graduation. Initially, her death appears to be a tragic accident. But the next day, her boss, biotech legend and Nobel Prize winner Bernd Eschenbach, is found dead in the lake with his hands and feet bound.
