A half-naked, badly beaten woman stumbles through a Stockholm decorated for Christmas. The trail leads police to a warehouse full of illegal prescription drugs which can be connected to the international smuggling organisation Maximus. According to Interpol, the head of the organisation is likely in Sweden and the A Unit’s assignment is to find him. The investigation is marked by several bizarre discoveries of women beaten and murdered. The common thread that links the victims is that they are all found with a white pillowcase over their heads.
