Widower Georg Weiser now plans to use the rest of his life to heal old wounds and turn unfulfilled dreams into reality. He drives his motorhome to the one-time farm where his friends Jürgen and Petra live. The friendship they shared had shattered almost four decades ago. Weiser wants to make an effort to patch things up with the couple, but it turns out that many of the old wounds they inflicted on each other back then have not yet healed.
