“Lissy’s” next of kin, her sister Gabriele and her brother Paul, had joined her in Munich several years previously. The three of them shared an apartment together. When Chief Inspector Derrick pays the siblings a visit, they are stunned to hear the news of their sister’s death. Meanwhile, Derrick learns that the murdered girl had been working as a hostess – something not even her mother, who has traveled to Munich, had known. Derrick tells her it’s early days yet. So why does she reveal that she has the impression her other two children are afraid of something? Are Gabriele and Paul keeping the chief inspector in the dark about the possible motive for their sister’s murder?
