Maximilian would like to give his relationship with Hanna another chance, but before long it becomes obvious to them both that it's impossible to tear Maximilian away from his family. Although they don't put it into words, it seems that they are drifting apart. Hanna becomes furious when she discovers that Oskar has deliberately organized a rival cookery course with Alexandra's knowledge, but when Alexandra apologizes, Hanna appears ready for them to be reconciled. Hanna is determined to get the Fischerkrug Restaurant in good financial shape - and to establish some distance between herself and Maximilian. Just when it becomes apparent that neither of these aims can be achieved easily, Oscar makes a very tempting offer to buy the restaurant from her.
Robert struggles to cope with being parted from Alexandra. In the end Richard is the one who provides him with some valuable tips about dealing with women. Robert immediately tries them out... to considerable success.
