When another victim turns up, the detectives suspect the murders are about more than just the infighting at the publishing house. Some of the staff appear to be harboring a dark secret from their past. Publishing heir Götz, the two victims, literary agent Maria Hauschild, and the head of printing, Stefan Fink, were all part of a close-knit group of friends during college. However, it seems there was also some friction within the group.
