Episode one: In Australia, detectives Ian Kennedy and Kevin Raue hunt down five very nasty guys for the brutal rape and murder of an innocent woman, abducted and killed on her way home. The alarm was raised when she missed work the next day – later found almost decapitated.
Meanwhile in Los Angeles, FBI Special Agents Louis Perez and Jim Davidson need to stop four deadly Russian immigrants who’ve started on a mission - a kidnapping and killing frenzy of hostages which are quickly connected by the police. The kidnappings lead to demands for ransom, but don’t result in freedom. The bodies are quickly dumped in the river - but divers have started retrieving them and the police are now able to join the dots to find the mobsters behind the attacks.
