Fun-loving Hannah hopes to salvage her long-term relationship with her boyfriend Simon. She makes a calendar full of activities for the coming year to help them rekindle their romance, but accidentally leaves the calendar lying on a park bench. Reclusive publisher Jonathan finds it there and is touched by the lovingly crafted calendar. He promptly decides to track down the author.
