The German Federal Police have finally found him, the man who shot and killed a bank president 20 years ago: Amigo Steiger. But the cops badly mess up his arrest at Amigo’s farm near Naples, and the one-time terrorist escapes again, this time to Hamburg. There he meets up with his old friend Bosch, and the two pick up the trail of their former ideological comrades to find out who betrayed Amigo.
