Sisters – you can’t live with them, but you certainly can’t live without them!
Viktoria and Feli are two competitive sisters and the perfect murder investigators – Viktoria knows every murder has a motive, Feli knows every murder leaves traces.
Since birth, Viktoria and Feli have been at each other’s throats but one thing they have in common is their passion for investigating murders. Viktoria is an investigative psychologist and can spot a motive a mile off. Feli is the best forensic pathologist around, with an eye for finding clues.
They could be the perfect team. But when a chance arises for Feli to become Viktoria’s colleague, they begin to let their differences get in the way, as they waver between professionalism and sandpit politics. To make matters worse, Sami, Viktoria’s colleague and Dusi, Feli’s colleague, often stir the pot by taking sides. Along with a difficult job, the sisters are also raising Feli’s son Josh with the help of Aunt Jule. When the two sisters are busy with a case, Aunt Jule takes care of Josh in their house on a picturesque fjord and shows him the tranquillity of life away from the city.
Against the backdrop of the beautiful landscape of northern Germany, Sisters of Murder finds the perfect balance between humour and drama.
