“Web vs. Celeb” is a unique, interactive webcam game show for kids between 8 and 12. Linked to the TV studio via their webcams, four kids take on a celebrity in computer games controlled by body movements. The celebrity in the studio also controls his “avatar” and tries to prevent the candidates from gathering points. The concept integrates some of the everyday technology of today’s youths, such as online video chatting or console gaming, into a modern, innovative and entertaining show. A special technology enables the candidates to take part in the show in real-time.
