A routine arrival at San Francisco International goes catastrophically wrong. The plane catches the sea wall, ripping the tail from the plane. Miraculously, most survive – though three school children are killed. Could it be caused by the same issue that happened in Peru, nearly twenty years earlier – when the pilots had faulty altitude data? Or might it be the same problem which happened in Northern Canada just two years prior – when a critical error led pilots to crash into a hilltop?
