Nelson Müller’s Country Outing

Star chef Nelson Müller takes a look into the cooking pots of the traditional country kitchen. He searches all over the country for classics and then attempts to turn them into his own special dishes - always under critical observation by connoisseurs of regional cuisine. Expert Dirk Haupt in Sankt Peter Ording shows him how to prepare Labskaus, for example. In Bavaria, he works on preparing the proper pork crust and in Swabia on cooking the local culinary pride, “Maultaschen”!
